Our high powered 60 minute-session, starts with a 5-8-minute Dynamic Warm-up. Then going from simple to complex moves and punch combos the "show" begins. Each bout is composed of 2 to 3 minute rounds with a 30 second water breaks just to catch-a-breathe.
You are welcome just as you are. Edmund’s fitness boxing is designed to build you up no matter what shape you are now in. Just remember that Rome wasn't built in a day!

Choose 2 to 3 sessions weekly for best results or choose one session weekly to add variety to your current exercise regimen.
• You need a good pair of boxing gloves and Mexican style hand wraps to protect your skin and provide extra cushion.
• We provide you with a towel and reverse osmosis filtered water [ bring your own bottle]
