In addition to 60-minute training sessions, we offer 30-minute coaching sessions. This helps those that are new to fitness, severely deconditioned, and/or time-crunched folks trying to squeeze in great workouts. These sessions are also a great JUMPSTSART on your fitness journey, combining the benefits of having a coach along with doing some “extra” work on their own.
